The Without commissions Pack means that customers who directly credit a new salary can save on fees or charges for certain common transactions and services. The Without commissions Pack is available for one account and exclusively to customers who are individuals for their private transactions (see the cards included in note 1).

Under 31
CX Young Person's Account with no maintenance or administration fees under any circumstances. To access the other advantages all the account holders must be under 31 and have a card (see the cards included in note 2) and digital banking (free service).

For any other age, when any of the account holders has a new salary/pension paid directly into the account:

. monthly salary or unemployment benefit for at least €600; or
. monthly pension for at least €300; or
. another type of regular monthly deposit for at least €600.

And meets at least one of the following two conditions:

. have at least two utility bills charged in the previous three months or three bills charged in the month; or
. have a CX card charged to the account (see the cards included in note 2) and perform at least four transactions per month or make purchases for at least €500 per month during two months.

Customers with savings equal to or greater than €60,000: they are entitled to all the advantages of the Without commissions Pack for the accounts and cards listed in notes 1 and 2, provided that they have savings equal to or greater than €60,000 as the first holder.

Customers who are BBVA shareholders: the holder of at least 1,000 BBVA shares in CatalunyaCaixa, can have all the advantages of the Without commissions Pack for the account associated with their securities account.

CatalunyaCaixa will void the application of exemptions if the requirements and conditions giving entitlement to them are no longer met or when in its opinion any of the account holders have acted fraudulently in order to obtain such exemptions.

CatalunyaCaixa reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of the Without commissions Pack at any time with at least one month's notice to the pack beneficiaries.
