This site is adapted to ensure universal access to information, as recommended by WCAG accessibility level AA.
For that, a number of measures both visual design and programming level have been taken into account.
To ensure these levels of compliance with accessibility criteria, an audit has been conducted with the program TAW.
There are three navigation menus. The main menu to access to the contents of the portal, with their corresponding submenus; the utilities menu located at the top, which now includes the language selector, access to the contact page and the zoom selector; and the footer menu, where you can access various pages of information (disclaimer, accessibility and safety).
In the corresponding menus and the bread crumbs are indicated at all times the situation in the portal.
The existing upper left logo is a direct link to the homepage.
Contents have been arranged so that they can be read consistently regardless of the style sheet or the device used.
Use of XHTML code, which allows you to create standard documents and a clean structure. This code has been validated with the validator provided by the W3C.
Content has been separated from presentation using style sheets (CSS 2.1). In this way, navigation is ensured to users who disable the download of style sheets.
For units of measurement on the interface, relative units were used, so that you can have a good visualization experience with multiple display settings and font sizes.
An alternative to existing information in images and Flash objects has been provided.
The levels of contrast of colors that allow access to information have been verified.
Also the flashes on the screen, moving pictures and sounds have been avoided.
The use of JavaScript (leaflets, forms, etc.) is a possibility, not a necessity. Always an alternative is provided to users with JavaScript disabled or old versions without support.
Automatic redirects between pages have been avoided.
Tables have not been used to layout information; they are only used when we deal with data tables. In addition, in these tables row and column headers have been identified using markups to associate header cells and data cells.
A summary of each table is provided through the label "summary." Also a title for tables is provided by using the "caption" element.
The user is warned that the page, the user is going to visit, will be opened in a new window, in those links where it applies.
This website could contain links to pages that are on other servers and for which we are not responsible in terms of accessibility compliance.
